Gagnez le pardon d'Allah à chaque fois que vous mangez!

Imaginez que vos péchés soient effacés à chaque fois que vous mangez votre nourriture. Cela semble trop beau pour être vrai, n'est-ce pas? Mais c’est précisément ce dont nous avons eu la chance!

The Prophet salallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: He who has taken food and says at the end:

Alhamdu lillahi-lladhee at ‘amani haadha, wa razaqneehi min ghairi hawli minnee wa laa quwwah

(All praise is due to Allah Who has given me food to eat and provided it without any endeavour on my part or any power- all his past sins will be forgiven) [At-Tirmidhi]

This is a beautiful hadith and an example of Allah’s Mercy to us, even while we are eating. This is because by saying this dua sincerely, you are accepting that only Allah SWT has the power to grant you sustenance which allows you to eat.

It’s a perfect example of Exalting the Almighty in our everyday deeds – so imagine how much Allah SWT LOVES us that He makes it EASY for us to have our sins forgiven – Subhan’Allah!

May Allah SWT grant us the ability to acknowledge and remember Him in all situations ameen!
